Community Participation: DEEG-ROOR MEDICAL ORGANIZATION ( DMO ) stands to facilitate to the communities to participate in terms of project implementation this will make the community to feel that donor funded projects is belonging them DMO is facilitating them to access the humanitarian assistance on time and neediest people including the minority, disability people living with in project implementation areas also DMO encourages community to participate actively the projects instead to reach all goals and objectives of the projects and should make valuable contribution.

Advocacy: DEEG-ROOR MEDICAL ORGANIZATION (DMO) always stands to get support from the donors to help those needy people and stands their rights, DMO always advocate to support and empower the neediest people in the community as humanitarian organization we respect the dignity of the beneficiaries we serve we advocate their needs to the donors, government, UN agencies and international organizations also DMO will support medical and nutritional care for the benefices.

Learning: Deeg-roor Medical Organization: stands for supporting learning for community to understand their rights in terms for humanitarian assistance DMO will conduct orientation training for community leaders, religious group, youth where we implement our donor funded projects according to our context , DMO empower community members to gain new knowledge or skills they may be able to bring more effective result in the future.
