The Targeted Supplementary Feeding Programme (TSFP) is supported by WFP/WVI as it is implemented by DMO. Mostly DMO helps the vulnerable groups of moderately malnourished individuals with the support for WFP/WVI. This project is running 9 food distribution points (FDPs ), which is integrated to health and OTPs Finally, the CNWs and nutrition staff working this project perform muac screening, scoop biometric to every beneficiaries benefiting this project, also they conduct daily screening, mass screening to the surrounding IDPs and distribution two days per Month at each FDP In this project is targeted for under five children and Pregnant and lactating Women(PLW), those fulfill the admission criteria. The aim of managing moderately malnourished individuals is to treat and supplement the addition nutritional needs of the malnourished individuals and prevent deterioration of nutrition status of those at risk e.g. children, pregnant and lactating women.
