DMO has started August Screening and Distribution yesterday 8th August 2018, immediately after its team were back from IMAM Training. Thescreening and Distribution started at Horseed MCH and Holwadag.
They were targeting under five years’ children and PLWs who are malnourished, we saw beneficiaries who had a lot of hopes for assistance since the work has started as early as 7.30am.
The teams divided themselves into many categories (there were some who were screening the beneficiaries, some creating awareness concerning the importance of Plumpy Sup, CSB and V. Oil to the Malnourished children and PLWs respectively, others were issuing cards and some were distributing food rations).
