DMO is always distributes drugs ,plumpnuts ,fund cards and also DMO works many projects like nutrition especially otp,tsfp ,iycf sfp and health especially under5,over5, immunization anc,pnc ,delivery, pharmacy and there are many outreaches that works outside of rural area of baidoa town.
Inwadajir were visited and there are busy because of many patients taking cards drugs plumpnuts ,
the other hand there are patients mobilizing the community health workers on the waiting area and explaining advantages of breast feeding during the first 6months of child and the disadvantages of bottle feeding and advantages of expanded program of immunization and washing the hands before eating meals and washing their hand before get in toilets and washing hands with soap after they perform their duties and problem that cause if they are not wash their hands .
the other side there are many malnutrition screening the screeners and writing their names sex, weights, heights and their grades if they are severe malnutrition with complicated diseases especially kwashiorkor and marasmus ,if we starts the kwashiorkorand their signs is pilteral odema ,moon face restlessness and irritability, always unhappy , loss of appetite .
